  • Suggestions for Clarity and Consistency

    1. Section 5(b):

      • Slight repetition with “Bighillpharma is a business associate of Bighillpharma P.C.” – you might want to clarify roles more distinctly for legal precision.

      • Consider adding a note that the Business Associate Agreement is on file, if relevant.

    2. Section 6 – Prohibited Countries:

      • You may want to specify or list the prohibited countries based on current OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations or link to the official source.

    3. Section 7(d):

      • Add clarity: “you represent and warrant that you will be physically located…” – just a grammar tweak for tense.

    4. Section 10 – Conduct:

      • This section is solid. You might want to clarify what constitutes “deceiving” or “harassing” behavior, especially if moderation policies exist.

    5. Section 14(b):

      • It says “formal identification number” – you could specify if this information is stored, encrypted, or deleted after verification for user trust and legal coverage.

    6. Section 15 – Information You Provide:

      • You might want to point users to a formal Privacy Policy if they’re concerned, or reiterate where that policy lives on the site.
